Maph Pty Ltd is committed to making your shopping experience easy and stress-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the products for a refund within the policies outlined below. Our return policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. All returns must be returned within 7 days of parcel receipt.
A. Proof of Purchase
Please keep your receipt or order number handy while contacting us as it will help us locate your purchase.
B. Incorrect or faulty product
Maph Pty Ltd offers a replacement or refund if any products delivered to you are damaged or incorrect.
C. Incorrect product delivered:
In such a scenario where the product you received is not what you placed an order for then please email to email@example.com to get in touch with our customer service team within 7 days of parcel receipt. Our customer support, upon looking into the issue will help you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the product. You can then choose to either have the correct product re-delivered at our cost or receive a full refund.
D. Damaged/Defective product delivered:
In such a scenario where the product you received is damaged or defective please email to firstname.lastname@example.org to get in touch with our customer service support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the condition of the damaged or defective item. Our customer support, upon careful consideration and depending on the Manufacturer’s Policy for the product in question might offer to provide one of the below resolutions:
1. Place you in contact with the manufacturer (warranty support)
3. Refund you for the product

E. Change of Mind
All masks including 3 Ply, Surgical Masks, KN95 and N95/FFP3 due to health and hygiene reasons are not able to be exchanged or refunded due to change of mind.
Orders cancelled at the request of the customer may incur a fee of $7 or 10% of the order value (whichever is greater) within 12 hours after placing the order. This is chargeable at the discretion of management. Once the order is posted, cancellation is deemed as change of mind.
G. Cancellation or Refund of Orders with Discount Voucher
If you cancel any item(s) in your order with a discount voucher/coupon applied, you will be refunded only the final paid price after the applied discount – which is apportioned among the items in your order according to their respective value. The value discount will be apportioned in this manner: (Each line item’s purchase price / total order value) x discount voucher value.
Upon cancellation of item(s) in your order, the whole absolute-value of the discount voucher which was initially applied will not be re-issued or re-apportioned to the remaining item(s) in the revised order. Your remaining item(s) are still entitled to the discount value that was initially apportioned per line item before the cancellation of item(s) in your order.
Here is an example scenario: A customer made an order with 2 line items, in which Final Price Paid for the order was $975 (total order value was $1,000 with $25 discount coupon applied). This order was canceled within 3 working days of the agreed delivery date so restocking fees apply.
This means we will refund you the following: Final Price Paid – Discount Value applied – Restocking Fee = Refunded Amount (S$).
The above Cancellation Policy may not necessarily be applicable to all products. For cancellation details pertaining to a specific product, please refer to the Product Info section in its product page. “Clearance” and “Customised” items are not eligible for cancellation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
I. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Maph Pty Ltd will email the sales order confirmation within the day of purchase which will reflect the products purchased and the lead time. It is the responsibility of the customer to check if the product(s) purchased and lead time(s) are correct. Maph Pty Ltd will not be obligated to fulfil the order if there are any discrepancies after 48 hours from the time of order.
Please review the Delivery page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from Maph Pty Ltd. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Maph Pty Ltd’s control once it leaves our facilities, Maph Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for late deliveries especially during times of crisis. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
K. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We endeavour to ensure that all the products on our website are accurately described, and we rely on information provided to us by our suppliers. Unfortunately, on some occasions, it is possible that our website will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after you have placed an order.
We endeavour to ensure that all colours are displayed accurately, but you should be aware that colours may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens. The shade of colour from screen to screen is not a fault or error.
We aim to update our website regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our website, or close it indefinitely. We will use reasonable endeavors to ensure our website contains accurate information and content, however, we reserve the right to update our website as soon as an inaccuracy or error is brought to our attention.
